If you are enthusiastic about horses and the outdoors and would like to lend your skills to help a family with their business, Stepperiders is looking for you!**

Can you help us learn English?

We need someone who enjoys teaching and has some experience with non-English speakers. Our staff have different levels of English experience. Some are just starting, and some have been studying for several years.

Do you like horses?

Also, we are looking for an assistant who is comfortable around horses, loves camping and the outdoors, and likes helping people. About half of our visitors have ridden only a few times, and need some assistance as they build their confidence level. You don't need years of experience with horses, but if you are helpful and friendly by nature, you will be a big help to us.

Accomodations 

You will stay in a traditional Mongolia ger. We have an outhouse and a shower house. We have no electricity or running water. You will have spare time to go into town if you want to check email or make phone calls.

Free Time

In your free time, you can stay on site and fly a kite, ride a horse, read, hike, play with the kids, etc. We also visit the neighbors fairly often. They have delicious yoghurt, and we ride over to buy some once a week or so.
